Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle, the building will provide 698 units, with nearly 85,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Our FERO FAST Thermal Bracket™ – Standard, and FAST Thermal Bracket™ Offset Shelf Angle – Lintel, provided an offset shelf angle design on this project, substantially reducing the quantity of steel required for brickwork support compared to traditional shelf angles.
