Andrea is the President of FERO and provides her team with strong leadership to execute on FERO’s strategic goals. She has degrees in Business and Law and over 17 years of experience building and operating businesses across a variety of industries. Andrea has overseen FERO’s growth in the North American market and emergence as an industry leader in engineered masonry products. She is focused on ensuring FERO continually delivers high quality and innovative products with exceptional customer service.

Adam oversees the sales and marketing of all FERO products throughout North America. He is experienced in communicating effectively with architects, engineers, building envelope consultants and contractors at all stages of the product development cycle to ensure FERO products can be seamlessly integrated into the project. He has two bachelor’s degrees, Civil Engineering and Business Administration and Management. Adam brings more than 20 years of senior experience in innovative construction products, particularly focused on concrete, masonry and thermal performance. He brings a technical, collaborative and relationship-based approach to FERO’s business.

Tim oversees FERO’s internal operations, including budgeting, supply chain and all aspects of the production cycle. He also oversees the transition of projects from engineering and design phase through to manufacturing and delivery. Tim holds bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Law and has over 20 years’ experience in management roles with public and private companies. His focus is to apply analysis, logistics and critical thinking to quickly solve problems and ensure the delivery of quality service to our customers.

Sally oversees our accounting department and has been with FERO for over 20 years. She has over 26 years of experience in the industry and has a true passion for the business. Sally has been integral to FERO’s growth and is a key member of the management team, managing our financial resources and providing key insights and analysis. Her strengths are efficient and effective organizational management, logistics, industry knowledge, relationship building and customer service.

Jonathan oversees numerous engineering projects providing clients with high-quality engineering services and ensuring thermal performance, ease of installation and cost are all factored into product design. Jonathan has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering and a background in structural analysis and design. His strengths are his experience with diverse and challenging projects and his ability to make connections between ideas and concepts across different disciplines to provide custom product solutions and designs.

Michael oversees the design of effective and innovative structural and architectural solutions for a variety of projects. He has an MSc in Structural Engineering, specializing in concrete masonry, and has over 10 years of experience in the field of structural consulting. Michael focuses on taking a pragmatic, value-add approach to engineering. The combination of his education and consulting roles enable him to understand the needs of engineers working with our products and how to help them achieve their design goals.

Saleh Bashouri, Senior Technical Advisor
Saleh is a Senior Technical Advisor at FERO and brings over 15 years of experience with large-scale engineering and construction projects. Saleh oversees a variety of projects providing engineering solutions to optimize efficiencies during the planning and construction phase. He has a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alberta. His strengths are methodical project management and innovative engineering design.

Christian oversees the design and engineering of high-quality structural connection solutions for all FERO projects. He has a MSc in Structural Engineering with more than 15 years of experience in structural design of low-rise to mid-rise residential, retail, and mixed-use buildings. Christian is dedicated to innovative structural engineering and BIM integration to optimize building design. His combined education and experience provide FERO clients with an exceptional skill set to achieve their thermal performance, wall assembly and engineering goals.
Nicole provides technical advice and support to our customers ensuring that we continually exceed expectations. She manages projects from intake through to manufacture ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction at every stage. Nicole has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and has been with FERO since graduating from the program. Her strengths are adapting with ease to the variety of projects she oversees and being an astute problem solver.

Jetrix is the first point of contact for FERO customers. She oversees our inside sales, including the timely and effective logistics. Jetrix has a background in engineering, sales and customer service. Her strengths are her willingness to learn and her ability to maximize efficiency, to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and to effectively communicate with customers.

John joined FERO over 23 years ago and has been promoted to roles with increasing responsibilities that now include managing all plant operations. John ensures safety is at the forefront of all plant processes and is responsible for production output and product quality. His strengths are prioritizing customer needs, executing multiple projects simultaneously and building good relationships.

Richard Croll, Production and Maintenance Supervisor
Richard oversees the production of FERO’s various product lines and is responsible for managing all facilities and machine maintenance. Richard leverages his background in engineering and over 30 years of experience in fabrication and manufacturing to ensure high quality production and customer satisfaction.

Melissa assists with the administration of our accounting operations and human resource processes. She has a diploma in Business Administration and brings over eight years of experience in the administration field. Her strengths are streamlining processes to maximize efficiency, executing multiple tasks simultaneously and communicating to customers with clarity and precision.

Dena oversees company-wide communications and marketing initiatives. She has a degree in Communications and brings over 15 years of communications-focused experience in the field. She has provided communications leadership for both corporate and non-profit groups. Previously, Dena was a key partner with the Investor Relations teams of three publicly-traded companies working with executive leaders and financial analysts on investor engagement. She currently volunteers on several community boards. Her strengths are effectively communicating ideas and efficiently managing projects through to completion.
