FAST Thermal Bracket Offset Shelf Angle Support and FERO Thermal Tie- Heavy-Duty Rap-Tie®
Upon completion, the $364 million CapitalCare Norwood Expansion Project will be a 40,000 square-foot facility

FERO’s custom Thermal Tie Masonry Connector - Heavy-Duty Rap-Tie® and FAST Thermal Bracket OffsetShelf Angle systems not only accommodate this extra-large wall cavity (9.5”), but also provide a thermally-broken, low-cost, easy-to-install masonry reinforcement system.  Designing and constructing building envelopes with improved energy efficiency is a critical consideration for building owners, architects, engineers and contractors.

Overview

Greenpoint Landing is a 22-acre master-planned development site located on the Brooklyn waterfront with a view of the Manhattan skyline, bringing a mix of ten residential towers and low-rise buildings, a new public school, and four acres of parkland. The buildings are located on reclaimed industrial use lands, and the brick veneer utilized in the building design provides continuity with the historical neighborhood.
