Installation photos of FERO’s Rubble Stone Masonry Support System from a recent project! Our system includes a continuous strip mechanically fastened to two or more of our Thermal Rap-Ties® allowing V-Ties™ to be placed anywhere vertically along the strip. This provides easy installation of V-Ties to support the random bond pattern of rubble stone and a constant connection of the veneer wall to the structural backing without any risk of veneer disengagement. The Thermal Rap-Tie® is mortared directly into the head joint of the concrete block backing, which creates a stable integration with the rubble stone and reduces any play, deflection, or connector deterioration.
