FAST Thermal Bracket™ Offset Shelf Angle Support Solution for 64 Univserity Place

64 University Place is a 11-story, 125-foot-tall luxury condominium building in Greenwich Village. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the building will provide 28 total units and 63,000 total square feet.

Nestled in Greenwich Village between Washington Square and Union Square Parks, 64 University Place reflects the area’s historic Revival-style heritage through a refined and modern architectural expression. The façade consists of a recessed and stepped brick arches showcasing the strength of traditional masonry, allowing seamless coursing, authentic material expression, and a continuous structural load path that has defined enduring architecture for centuries.

While brick is an ancient material employed here to reinforce a traditional aesthetic, the modern custom system developed by FERO connected the arches to the structural wall representing a state-of-the-art construction methodology.
