We are proud to be part of this state-of-the-art 17-story senior living community. FERO’s FAST Thermal Brackets, a phA Certified Passive House Advanced Component in the Façade Anchors category, were utilized in the building envelope design to:

1. Incorporate a thermal break instead of a thermal bridge in the smart, energy-efficient shelf angle design
2. Exceed energy code requirements
3. Provide significant cost efficiencies
4. Allow for easy installation and adjustment for onsite construction tolerances
